스킬 등재 기준, 고정 원본 검증 기록과 AppContainer 평가 이력을 main에 통합합니다. #151의 squash 병합에 이미 포함한 내용을 유지하면서 분기 이력을 연결합니다.

feature/skill-eligibility를 기존 e6181516의 후손인 평가 커밋 2d7699983b51a91cb47094626c71e80ba20acb1d로 fast-forward했습니다. 해당 HEAD와 현재 main efb4e46c983d158d39232115c05d57c01dfa2ce4는 트리 4d9d10f6f3c7530590e2d6f1541f2ea0cad143c7까지 일치합니다. merge commit으로 수락하면 파일 변경 없이 모든 스킬 작업 브랜치의 원본 이력을 main의 조상으로 보존할 수 있습니다.

활성 6개와 주석 보관 9개, 스킬 제공 기준, API 키 환경 변수 접수 보류와 TableCloth #321 연계, 공개 평가 안내를 유지합니다. 기존 head를 직접 병합해 활성 항목을 3개로 되돌리는 방식을 사용하지 않습니다.

검증:

• 로컬 및 GitHub에서 HEAD와 main의 트리 동일성 확인
• 평가 HEAD의 카탈로그 CI 40194794074와 Copilot 검사 40194858597 성공
• 기존 원본 설치, 라이선스 보존 및 Codex 스킬 발견 검증 기록 보존
• 기존 Copilot 검토에서 미해결 스레드 없음

병합 후 main의 카탈로그 검사와 Pages 배포를 확인합니다. 자동 게시 산출물 브랜치 gh-pages는 배포용으로 유지합니다.

병합 결과: main 30a8ad90c3557db849ba866c9d3905e5645d286b. 모든 기능 및 평가 브랜치가 main의 조상이며 열린 PR은 없습니다. 활성 6개와 주석 9개 및 기존 main과의 트리 동일성을 확인했습니다. 최신 카탈로그 CI 40198461314가 성공했습니다. 공개 SkillCatalog.xml도 HTTP 200이며 병합한 main의 XML과 같습니다. 파일 내용 변경이 없는 병합이므로 main 푸시의 경로 필터가 재배포를 생략했습니다. 공개 build-info는 동일 내용을 마지막으로 배포한 efb4e46c를 유지합니다. 앱 develop의 카탈로그 gitlink도 최종 main 커밋으로 갱신했습니다.
