식탁보 AI 마켓플레이스가 조회할 독립적인 SkillCatalog Version="1" XML을 추가합니다. 후보 12개의 출처, 원 저작자, 라이선스 근거와 적용 조건을 기록하고 원본을 전체 커밋 SHA로 고정합니다. upstream 후보 9개와 MCP 어댑터 후보 3개 모두 라이선스 및 설치 검토를 pending으로 유지합니다.

검증: 후보 XML 스키마 검증과 회귀 검사 24개를 통과했으며 수정 커밋의 CI도 성공했습니다. 전체 카탈로그 빌더는 exit 0으로 배포 리소스를 생성했습니다. 기존 사이트 URL 점검에는 인증서 오류와 시간 초과 등의 경고가 남아 있으므로 모든 기존 다운로드 URL의 가용성을 확인했다는 의미로 해석하지 않습니다.

기존 Pages 워크플로가 병합된 XML을 https://catalog.yourtablecloth.app/SkillCatalog.xml 에 게시합니다. 후보 서비스의 API 자격증명 연동, MCP 어댑터 구현과 실제 스킬 실행 검증은 각 항목의 Notes에 남겼습니다. 연동 클라이언트는 TableCloth PR #320에서 관리합니다.

게시 검증: 병합 후 Pages 워크플로가 성공했습니다. 공개 SkillCatalog.xml, SkillCatalog.xsd와 build-info.json에서 HTTP 200을 확인했으며 XML/XSD SHA-256은 로컬 병합본과 일치합니다. 게시 커밋은 b0880fd68eff60ce5100a056a743f1619ba81f95이며 후보 12개를 제공합니다.
