Hi, I'm Yasir 👋

I'm a QA Engineer with a data mindset. I use automation to check that software works correctly, then use data to understand failures, spot patterns, and improve quality.

I have around two years of hands-on experience working with automated test suites in CI/CD environments. My main tools are Python, pytest, Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, API testing, and SQL-based data validation.

Alongside QA engineering, I have a Master’s in Business Analytics at Aston University, where I developed stronger skills in data analysis and decision-making. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.

Current focus

I’m continuing to develop at the point where quality engineering meets data: reliable automation, useful test results, and evidence-based decisions.

Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or reach me by email.
