• browser(): a new react-dom API that returns a usable which errors during server rendering and resolves in the browser. use(browser()) inside a <Suspense> boundary marks a subtree as browser-only without reporting a recoverable error (@​gnoff: #37143, #37241)

Verdict: Merge after patch

Bump: react-dom 19.2.5 → 19.3.0, @types/react-dom 19.2.3 → 19.3.0 (minor, direct; lockfile also: scheduler 0.27.0 → 0.28.0, @types/react 19.2.14 → 19.3.0)

Changes: new APIs (<ViewTransition>, Fragment refs, browser()), Trusted Types integration, bug fixes; no breaking changes or CVEs listed. Published via GitHub Actions OIDC from react/react (the new home of facebook/react), npm signatures + SLSA provenance verified.

Usage in repo: only <SwaggerUI client:only="react"> in backend/api-reference.mdx

Impact: npm ci/npm install fail with ERESOLVE: [email protected] peers react@^19.3.0, but react stays 19.2.5 (CI red). With --legacy-peer-deps the build crashes: "Incompatible React versions" (react and react-dom must have the exact same version).

Fix: react → ^19.3.0 (locked 19.3.0), @types/react → ^19.3.0 in package.json + lockfile
