Mit auth_cookie_ttl = 0 wurde trotzdem ein Cookie gesetzt und die Session mit cookie_key gespeichert. clearExpiredSessions() löscht solche Sessions beim nächsten Request, man war also sofort wieder abgemeldet. Betroffen waren auch alle SSO-Logins (SAML, OAuth2, CAS), die immer mit loginStay anmelden. Fixes #527

Ist die Cookie-Laufzeit für „eingeloggt bleiben“ auf 0 (inaktiv) gestellt, setzt YCom jetzt kein Cookie mehr und speichert eine normale Session. Bisher bekam die Session trotzdem einen
cookie_key. Die Bereinigung (seit #549 korrekt nur Cookie-Sessions) löschte sie dann beim nächsten Request, und man war sofort abgemeldet.loginStayanmelden.tests/unit/stay_logged_in_test.php: Laufzeit 0 ohne Fix rot, mit Fix grün; Laufzeit 7 als Gegenprobe.Fixes #527
