It would be useful to be able to drag a paused screen snippet directly into a drag-supporting browser window.
The main motivation is reverse image search: after pausing a snippet with ctrl+alt+p, you could drag it straight into e.g. Google Lens / a browser image-search field instead of having to save a file first and upload it manually.
Proposed behavior
- The paused snippet acts as a drag source, exposing image data (e.g.
image/png) on the drag payload.
- Dropping it onto a browser (or any app that accepts dropped images) transfers the image, so it can be used for lens/reverse image search.
