Summary
Adds a complete Russian localization for Amphetamine 5.3.2 (build 9416).
This PR covers the in-app UI resources; an App Store description is not included. The official Freshdesk portal currently reports that the account is suspended, so I am submitting the translation through the official localization repository instead.
