Review evidence: Opus CLEAR on 3be1dc7 after two rounds. Round 1 (08bdf35) NOT CLEAR: leftover Ready to push gate at AGENTS.md:76 and a stale drift check at .agents/design.md:55; both fixed in 3be1dc7. go test ./scripts and make check-local pass. AGENTS.md 23718 bytes. Lows in #399. Left for Werner: the project's own 'Ready to push' Status option and its 'Release and milestones' view. |

Removes the board-snapshot ready mode and its tests, drops the Ready to push status from AGENTS.md, .agents/* and the manual; cards stay In review until the human merges or closes the PR, then Done. Historical make land mentions stay where marked as history. AGENTS.md 23718 bytes. go test ./scripts and make check-local pass.
