Implements the Workshop-independent OPY syntax scope from #28: switch/case/default, do-while, hexadecimal literals, expression membership, string modifiers, dictionaries, comprehensions, and lambda forms. Adds positive/negative pinned-oracle fixtures, native differential expectations, HIR/source-span coverage, and structured diagnostics. No workshop-rs dependency, catalog data, or locale artifacts.\n\nAcceptance evidence: compatibility unittest suite, cargo fmt, and opy-frontend all-targets/all-features tests pass locally.\n\nFixes #28
