docs: add Fxdao CDP integration guide

This PR adds the Fxdao CDP integration guide to the Wraith Protocol documentation.

Changes Made:

• New Guide: Added guides/integrations/fxdao.mdx covering:
  • The concept of the open vault → mint USDx → send to stealth address flow.
  • Collateral management instructions for stealth addresses.
  • Important callouts for liquidation risk and health-factor monitoring.
  • A code example demonstrating the end-to-end integration on Futurenet using the Fxdao and Stealth clients.
• Navigation Updates: Registered the new guide in docs.json under the Integrations category and added the navigation label in guides/integrations/_meta.json.
• Cross-linking: Cross-linked the Fxdao guide with the existing Blend Lending guide for better discoverability.

Acceptance Criteria Verified:

• Testnet run reproduced by reviewer
• Renders in mint dev
• Passes Compile docs snippets CI
• Cross-linked with guides/integrations/blend.mdx
• Nav entry under Integrations
