Redirect every Mini Apps entry point to the migrated site
This externalizes only the navigation tab and FAQ link, while prominent entry points still target local routes: index.mdx:48,188, world-id/idkit/mini-apps.mdx:80, and world-chain/index.mdx:12-13. Those readers therefore do not reach the migrated documentation and instead receive the legacy page or a missing route if the unlisted pages stop being published. Update these links or add redirects for the old /mini-apps paths.
