Async maintenance notifications

redis-py now supports server-pushed maintenance notifications in the asyncio stack for both standalone and cluster clients, bringing the async client to parity with the sync implementation. When a Redis deployment signals maintenance events (such as node migration or failover windows), the async client reacts through the maintenance-notifications handler (redis/maint_notifications.py and its async integration under redis/asyncio/), allowing applications to adapt connection handling during maintenance without downtime. (#4177)

This release adds a batch of new command surfaces across core data types and modules:

  • Lists — LMOVEM / BLMOVEM for moving multiple elements between lists (#4174).
  • Sets — SDIFFCARD and SUNIONCARD cardinality commands (#4171).
  • Streams — MAXCOUNT / MAXSIZE options for XREAD and XREADGROUP (#4173).
  • Time Series — TS.READ (#4170), TS.QUERYLABELS (#4197), TS.NRANGE / TS.NREVRANGE (#4163), and an exclude_empty (EXCLUDEEMPTY) option for TS.MRANGE / TS.MREVRANGE (#4188).
  • Search — FT.ALIASLIST (#4198) and a COLLECT reducer for aggregations (#4179).
  • Sentinel — replica sentinel aliases (#4127).

chore(deps): upgrade every dependency to true latest stable (Phase 9.6)

Backend: uv lock --upgrade (small remainder after Phase 9.5), raised the
redis/psycopg version floors in pyproject.toml to match Dependabot PRs
#8/#9 and what was already resolving.

Frontend: attempted every deferral Phase 9.5 left, per this phase's
"actually try the fix" mandate -- axios and @hey-api/openapi-ts upgraded
clean; @tanstack/react-table v8->v9 migrated for real (DataTable.tsx and
its two consumers, verified via build/lint/dev-server); react-email in
packages/react-email/ bumped to true latest, verified byte-identical
template export output. typescript v6->v7 attempted then reverted: it
works fine on its own, but @hey-api/openapi-ts crashes under it (a
confirmed, currently-open upstream bug, hey-api/hey-api#4235) -- the one
genuine "latest is broken" case this phase hit.

zizmor-action bumped to v0.6.3 (Dependabot PR #5's exact target).
Verified postgres:18/redis:8-alpine are each technology's current major
via a live check (PostgreSQL 19 is still beta).
