Add the code-skills plugin with a mimi-pr-review skill that runs /code-review:code-review. Declare code-review from claude-plugins-official as a dependency, allow that marketplace in allowCrossMarketplaceDependenciesOn, and document in the README that users add Anthropic's marketplace before installing code-skills.
