docs: 私有仓路径迁到 ~/dev/ip/blog - #1

README / README.en / AGENTS / CHANGELOG 四处都把内容仓写成老结构。老结构按 remote
host 分（github/ 与 gitlab/），新结构按用途分（ip/），webkubor/blog 现在住
在 ~/dev/ip/blog。路径不存在，读者照着 clone 会失败。

~/dev/github/、~/dev/gitlab/），新结构按用途分（~/dev/ip/、~/dev/agent-infra/、~/dev/video/）。README / README.en / AGENTS / CHANGELOG 四处的~/dev/gitlab/webkubor/blog指向已不存在的目录，读者照着 clone 会失败。由
~/dev/scripts/fix-dev-path-refs.py批量改写；该脚本落盘前会校验目标目录真实存在，不存在就跳过并报警。Note

Updates maintainer docs so the private content/site repo path matches the new
~/dev/ip/layout instead of the removed~/dev/gitlab/webkubor/blog.AGENTS.md,CHANGELOG.md,README.md, andREADME.en.mdeach replace that old path with~/dev/ip/blog(still undershare/).
