Seat 4-DOF arm joints so links, yokes, and servos read as one machine - #882

Conversation
The release-pack and multi-dof arm snippets stopped the link tubes short of the joints and hid that with collision ignores. Pitch joints are now joint.clevis hardware: tubes start inside the tongue, parent collars and cheek spines bridge the fork, and servo horns sit against the pin caps. The ignore list is gone. Positive pitch is about -Y so the reach cycle lifts clear of the pedestal. Signed-off-by: Cursor Agent <[email protected]> Co-authored-by: Andrii Shylenko <[email protected]>

Why
The Oct 6 release-pack arm painted with air between the link tubes and the joint housings. The solids stopped short of each other; a ten-pair

Both cookbook sources now build the same seated chain.
