…-hydranet R9 (average precision returns nan on a group with no positive truth) was decided on argument with no second implementation to appeal to. views-hydranet's frozen ruler exhibits the same semantics, written in July before R9 existed and without reference to it. Recorded as corroboration of the behaviour, explicitly NOT as an endorsement of the ruling — that repo has taken no position and their session was clear that speaking for it is not theirs to do.
