Adds a self-contained Next.js 16 starter for request-time tarot card draws, a three-card spread, and a typed card lookup API. It follows the current Vercel template metadata schema, uses @vercel/examples-ui, requires no environment variables, and includes a one-click deploy path. Data attribution points to the MIT-licensed Deckaura dataset. Validation completed: pnpm lint, pnpm build, browser checks for both pages, API 200/404 checks, and live demo/dataset availability checks.
