Resolved conflict: HEAD had already removed the fib quickstart block in favor of an explicit -o example (unaffected by the stale default path). Kept HEAD's structure; PR-24's target text no longer exists in the current README. Verified default output path is indeed .scriptc/<name> per packages/cli/src/main.ts and bootstrap.ts.
