exporting data from RescueTime in Python

Edit this so that it does the following:

1. find the first date for which there is data on RescueTime
2. append that data into a csv in 6-month increments until most recent interval
3. update csv with data until most recent full day
4. make it automatically update the csv weekly/daily/etc
