docs(host): add 48-hour maintenance window banner to maintenance pages - #958

- Add the same red Danger banner at the top of upgrade-kernel, upgrade-docker-and-packages and disable-ssh-password-login: schedule a maintenance window at least 48 hours in advance (links to /host/set-maintenance-window), the host is responsible, stop if unsure about data loss. - Remove the two Warnings the banner replaces (upgrade-kernel intro, upgrade-docker-and-packages step 1). - No change to set-maintenance-window or docs.json. Verified: gates pass; banner byte-identical on all three pages; rendered locally with mint dev.

- upgrade-kernel: restore the intro Warning about the reboot stopping instances (instances are not destroyed); only the maintenance-window sentences stay removed, since the banner covers them. - upgrade-docker-and-packages: restore the step 1 Warning about the Docker restart and reboot stopping every instance, trimmed the same way. Verified: gates pass; restored text is verbatim from main.
