fix: add categories to Linux desktop entry - #131

Use a custom deb desktop template (also used by AppImage) so the launcher declares Categories=AudioVideo;Video;Network; instead of an empty value, and validate it in Linux CI. Fixes #127 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

Fixes #127. The Linux
.desktoplauncher generated by Tauri had an emptyCategories=value (nobundle.categoryset, and no Tauri category maps toNetwork), so desktop environments listed Youwee under "Other".Changes
src-tauri/linux/youwee.desktop, a copy of Tauri's default desktop template withCategories=AudioVideo;Video;Network;(same as the Flatpak manifest already uses).bundle.linux.deb.desktopTemplateintauri.conf.json. AppImage builds its desktop entry from the deb data, and Snap/Flatpak repackage the deb, so all Linux packages pick it up..desktopfile.Unreleased.Testing
