Add observation of view collections so we can detect unbounded growth outside the node tree.
rebuilt the Copilot Observability panel with four tabs: vitals, last click, metrics and findings list. Last click tab has new latest interaction data from InteractionCollector. Last click requires insights (and errors or requests) to be enabled.

As the vitals view is more for the current the value should be the browser actual instead of cummulative. Metrics still show the server collected cummulative so a trend can be seen.
