Add canonical and mapped pwO targets with vacuum, finite-pressure and plasma–coil examples. The vacuum driver supports near-circular starts, QP conditioning and checkpoint restarts. Physical controls use acceptance intervals by default; equality penalties remain available.

General tracing controls moved to #647; ten files remain. Validation on JAX 0.12.0.1: 74 focused tests, four stage-1 example cases with every validation check required, and the coil smoke test pass. Ruff and the docs gate pass.

Draft: target fitting has not established piecewise action invariance or better confinement. The experimental physical-action optimizer still needs integration and broader validation.

trace_alphas takes energy_eV, mass and charge, and vmex --trace takes
--trace-energy-eV, --trace-mass-kg and --trace-charge-coulomb. Each
omitted value keeps the fusion-alpha default, so default runs are bit
for bit unchanged. Values are validated before any I/O. The result
records the mass and charge; the energy stays in particle_energy (J).

With --collisional, any particle below 1.5 times the local temperature
counts as thermalised, so low-energy ions stop at once; the docstring
and the how-to say so.
