VMware CD/DVD browses the **host**. Copy
`C:\Reclaim11\Reclaim11-WinPE-v11.iso` out of the VM, then attach that
host path. USB EFI is the same WinPE.

- Defender / PPL **require** a WinPE ISO you build and boot. No receipt = bloat only.
