Initial Docs Draft

I added following documentation:

1. Tor bridge setup as both client and proxy.
2. Standalone proxy and client
3. Torsocks CLI as you mentioned in mail for testing
4. Mobile setup via termux

All 4 I have tested in v0.3 today and work fine.

Still some docs are remaining such as expected output and in case of problems, etc. I will try to add after feeback and final output of these setups as those docs will depend on these main ones.

In case of any problem, please tell. Also, the bridge is still running in case you also want to test. I will send fingerprint and other info via mail if you want to test.

I haven't edited readme of Proteus. I think this is already good, we just need to link docs / just 1-2 lines update, we can do later after finalising initial documentation.

By the way, I have tested the standalone setup, and till now, its good and works, no problem yet as of now.
