add a test case to check whether TypeAnnotator preserve types

…rator results

* On a type variable or wildcard, `@Modifiable` and `@Unmodifiable` claim a
  capability only if the upper bound is a subtype of a type known to have it
  (`typesWithCapability()`). Previously they claimed it unless a type lacking
  the capability was a subtype of the bound, which missed bounds such as
  `AbstractCollection` and `Collection & Serializable`.
* An iterator method whose declared result is polymorphic keeps the result of
  polymorphic resolution, whether or not type arguments were inferred.
* Other pending fixes to the checker and its tests.

I've reviewed the classes in org.checkerframework.checker.modifiability. I had some minor comments, and I don't need to re-review that part. I'll review the rest of the code tomorrow.

I've finished my review. Everything looks good, other than the comment from my last review. I don't need to re-review before merge. Thanks!

🔴 Critical · Resolve positiveCapability() through atypeFactory. · ModifiabilityBaseVisitor.java:301

checker/src/main/java/org/checkerframework/checker/modifiability/ModifiabilityBaseVisitor.java:301
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔴 Critical | ⚡ Quick win

Resolve positiveCapability() through atypeFactory.

ModifiabilityBaseVisitor does not declare or inherit positiveCapability(). The unqualified call at line 301 does not compile. Use atypeFactory.positiveCapability().

🐛 Suggested fix
-        || AnnotationUtils.areSameByName(receiverAnno, positiveCapability())
+        || AnnotationUtils.areSameByName(receiverAnno, atypeFactory.positiveCapability())

🟠 Major · Declare the five vivifying maps as @Modifiable. · AExpression.java:19-43

annotation-file-utilities/src/main/java/org/checkerframework/afu/scenelib/el/AExpression.java:19-43
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Declare the five vivifying maps as @Modifiable.

@Shrinkable does not provide the @Growable and @Replaceable capabilities required by getVivify and copyMapContents. The current declarations therefore cause modifiability-checker errors in the checker build. Change all five fields to @Modifiable, matching funs.
