During GC stress, we already run GC in newobj_alloc so running it again in newobj_bump_pointer_miss will run it again.
Use a generic helper for basic-operator redefinition checks so optimized operators can share the same concise form. Keep `EQ_UNREDEFINED_P` as an alias for existing equality call sites.
