prek 0.5.0 removed `prek auto-update` in favour of `prek update`, so both justfiles' deps-update recipes switch to it (`-j` still works). The template capped prek at
~=0.4.0, both for the template repo and for generated projects, while prek 0.5.3 is current. ruff (~=0.16.0, latest 0.16.9) and mypy (~=2.3.0, latest 2.3.1) were already current.Changes
