align grounded multi-pad switches beneath pull-up resistors

Motivation

• Stack the switch alignment fix on the reduced auto-layout repro in add rp2040 status and swd debug auto-layout repro #254.

Before

• Grounded load pairing rejects the four-pin switches, leaving them horizontal and separated from their pull-up resistors.

After

• Recognize symbols with two terminal positions and align each switch beneath its pull-up resistor, respecting fixed positions and allowed rotations.
• Use the 10-component repro without R_LED and D1, with signal connectivity restored by preserve indirect connections in schematic layout sections core#3727. Update the snapshot and add alignment, overlap, fixed-position, and rotation checks.
