conference(roadmap): correct stale input_text-gap claims (landed #636) - #765

The §13 consolidation flagged that this file's own §9/§10 still called input_text a gap; it shipped in #636. Sweep all the stale references: §1 "two UI holes" (input_text + audio auto-pump — both landed, #636/#634), §9 chat "the one real widget gap" -> landed, §10 Phase 0 marked DONE (#636/#634/#633), §12 link "input_text gap" -> landed, and the §13 note updated to past tense. Docs only.

Follow-up to #757's §13, which flagged that ARIADNE_CONFERENCE_ROADMAP.md's own §9/§10 still called
input_texta gap though it shipped in #636. Couldn't be done off master until #757 landed. Sweeps every stale reference: §1 (the two UI holes — input_text + audio auto-pump, both landed #636/#634), §9 chat ("the one real widget gap" → landed), §10 Phase 0 (marked ✅ DONE #636/#634/#633), §12 link, and updates the §13 note to past tense. Docs only, 7 lines.
