docs(roadmap): refresh stale Ariadne DSL + LOD status (landed, not 'not implemented') - #764

Both roadmaps declared themselves unimplemented while the code is substantially landed. Correct the top-of-file status (verified against the tree): - VISIBILITY-AND-LOD: "design, not yet implemented" -> LANDED (PR #249+): lod/select (rung + budget solve), lod/pyramid, geometry/simplify (QEM), lod/tiles, lod/store (HDF5), LodGraphicsNode, cvc::vis culling. Still open: physics LOD + residency/paging (tracked in ARIADNE_CONFERENCE_ROADMAP §5h). - CVCGL-UI-DSL: "draft for discussion, no code committed" -> substantially LANDED; verify features in code, not the spec. Calls out items still reading as open but actually done (input_text #636, RenderView/VisibilityMask, light node, clipboard, async-scheduler parity, JSON-Schema validator, tvision, EGL harness, geometry LOD) vs genuinely remaining (TF editor, program modularity, s-expr document dialect, formal JSON schema + ari validate, HTTP cache LRU, pycvc URI). Points at ARIADNE_CONFERENCE_ROADMAP §13. Docs only; status-marker corrections, no content rewrite.

Two roadmap docs declared themselves unimplemented while the code is substantially landed — a doc audit of them mis-reports finished work as open (surfaced while consolidating into ARIADNE_CONFERENCE_ROADMAP.md §13).
