Roadmap 09: Per-Profile Access & Schedules

Implements #61.

What changed

• Backend: Bot allowlists per profile, time-of-day/weekday access windows
• Frontend: Parent settings for bot restrictions, schedule configuration UI, kid-facing schedule enforcement on bot selection
• Family control: restrict which bots each kid can use, and when
