Recursively rekey ansible-vault encrypted files and in-line variables

Bulk decrypt all ansible-vault files recursively for search/editing, then re-encrypt them.

It is a collection for managing vaulted Ansible inventories. It helps to rekey all encrypted variables in the inventory repository. Can also be used to encrypt variables from clear text.

Initially a workaround for lack of time-based SAK rekey on Junos, now a way of automating new CAK keys.
