This project aims to enable privacy-preserving transactions on the GOC-Ledger. It integrates ElGamal-encrypted transactions and employs different zero-knowledge proofs schemes to ensure the privacy of balances and expenditures. The proofs also guarantee that account balances remain positive and within a specified range.
