The Open VSX step exchanges the job's OIDC token for a short-lived publishing token, so the
OVSX_PATsecret can go. Needs the trusted publisher registered for thetoon-formatnamespace (repositorytoon-format/vscode, workflowrelease.yml, no environment) before the next release.
