Syncs p3-stack with upstream pstack 0.15.29 (cursor/plugins@88d4751) for DEV-921.

Changes

Change Mirrors upstream
scripts/check-skill-names.sh: fails when a skill's frontmatter name is not its folder name, or the folder is not lowercase words joined by hyphens, at most 64 characters. Listed in the AGENTS.md definition of done. #702
New skills/ketchup with the per-item rule: every waiting item gets its own bullet (link or PR number, change for the user, evidence, risk even when low, pick). Never a count in place of a list, never cut to meet a word count. Small replies stay short. #692, #708
New skills/sharpen: the four asks as a numbered list, then the rewritten prompt, with choices left open and the task not done. #712, #729
p3-help routes to /ketchup and /sharpen (upstream's poteto-help rows) and adds the /recall vs /ketchup close call. The README skills list adds both. #692, #729
CHANGELOG.md and NOTICE added. README credit names the upstream commit, Lauren Tan (poteto), MIT, and keeps Uzair Ansar's credit. n/a

Notes for review

  • No skill renamed. Upstream #702 fixed Poteto Mode and Make Bot UI. The p3 port already named them p3-mode and make-bot-ui, and all 53 skills pass the new check. No cross-references needed updating.
  • ketchup and sharpen are new here, not patched. The original p3 port left them out. ketchup is upstream's 0.15.29 text, rewired to T3: "chat" becomes "thread", live state comes from list_thread_pull_requests, task_status and t3_thread_read, visuals come from preview_*/device_* captures, and html_render replaces /visualize.
  • sharpen's body is upstream's word for word. #729 tuned it with evals (36/36 full rewrites, 0/36 doing the task). The "hands back the rewritten prompt and doesn't do the task" rule is in the description, so the tuned body stays as it is.
  • T3 tooling (delegate_task, t3_thread_launch, watch_pull_request, schedule_task, link_pull_request, preview_*, device_*) is unchanged.

Follow-up (not ported)

  • create-formal-verification-skill
  • maintain-formal-verification-skill
  • in-your-own-words (upstream skill, never ported to p3-stack)

Verification

  • ./scripts/check-skill-names.sh prints ok: 53 skill names match their folders. On temp copies it fails on display names, bad folder names, mismatched quotes, unclosed or missing frontmatter, a missing name, and a folder with no SKILL.md. It passes quoted names, CRLF, BOM and trailing whitespace.
  • The AGENTS.md definition-of-done grep finds no Cursor terms in the new or changed skills.
  • Relative links in README, CHANGELOG, ketchup, sharpen and p3-help all resolve.

Mirrors cursor/plugins#702. T3 Code lists a skill by its frontmatter name
and installs it by folder name, so the two must match, as lowercase words
joined by hyphens, at most 64 characters. Every p3-stack skill already
passes; the check keeps it that way. AGENTS.md adds it to the definition
of done.

ketchup mirrors cursor/plugins#692 and #708: every waiting item is its own
bullet with link, user-facing change, evidence, risk and a pick; never a
count in place of a list, never cut to meet a word count. Wired to T3:
list_thread_pull_requests, task_status, preview_*/device_* captures and
html_render charts.

sharpen mirrors cursor/plugins#712 and #729: the four asks as a numbered
list, then only the rewritten prompt, choices left open, task not done.
Body is upstream's eval-tuned text verbatim.

p3-help routes to both; README lists both.

Credits upstream cursor/plugins pstack at 88d4751 (0.15.29) by Lauren Tan
(poteto), MIT, and keeps Uzair Ansar's credit. Lists the formal
verification skills and in-your-own-words as follow-ups.

From the round 1 review (verdict clean, nits only):
- check-skill-names.sh handles CRLF and BOM, strips only matching quotes,
fails on unclosed frontmatter and on a skill folder with no SKILL.md.
- ketchup checks launched threads with t3_thread_read, and names
preview_recording_* as the source of recordings.
- sharpen's description says it hands back the rewrite, matching upstream's
README, since the reply also answers the four asks.
- AGENTS.md lists html_preview and html_render.
