Use the shapefiles from my Al Fasher SMART suvey spatial scanning analysis using SATSCAN to:
- Calculate the distance between the centroid of the spatial cluster of likely high-values to the nearest health facility. for this, retrieve the mapping of health facilities from the HDX.
- Create a buffer area corresponding to the size of the spatial cluster as SATSCAN. Basically this will be a replica in R.
