….147 The 3.13.147 release added the dev-MCP #271 guidance to this skill (P5) but left updated_for_version at 3.13.105, so the tina4.com staleness endpoint never advanced and installed skills were never prompted to pull the new content. Bump it to 3.13.147 so the served version endpoint matches the shipped guidance.
