database_columns reads schema metadata (empty table returns its columns; missing table -> clear 'table not found' error); tool-arg validation returns actionable missing/unknown-argument errors instead of a raw language error or 500; route_list entries carry middleware; a new route file at runtime surfaces a signal; api_method populates params + return; developer skill corrected (per-language reload reality + api_method arg names). No-mock tests, mutation-proven, byte-identical error shapes across all four frameworks. Fixes tina4stack/tina4-php#271. mcp/__init__.py gains _validate_tool_arguments (CC ~10) - necessary #271 validation, cohesive, not bloat; deliberate ratchet advance per the metrics gate's documented re-baseline path.
