test(env-contract): add TINA4_TEST_NATS_URL to canonical set (ADR-0038 parity) - #186

Conversation
Keeps the shared test-env fixture byte-identical across all four frameworks (ADR-0038). tina4-ruby adds a NATS backplane spec that reads this name; the canonical list must carry it in every framework first. Unused here for now (the contract gate only fails on used-but-unlisted names). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Andre van Zuydam <[email protected]>

Adds
TINA4_TEST_NATS_URLto the canonical test-env fixture (ADR-0038) so the shared fixture stays byte-identical across all four frameworks. tina4-ruby introduces a NATS backplane spec that reads this name; per ADR-0038 aTINA4_TEST_*name must be on the canonical list in every framework before any suite reads it. This framework does not yet exercise NATS, so the entry is currently unused here — the contract test only fails on used-but-unlisted names, so this stays green.Companion to the ruby change on
