…idy arm undersides - The front PCB screw posts had a solid cutting across the pilot hole; cut clean 1.7 mm holes through both posts - Post outer radius 2.2 -> 3.0 mm to take the screw load; small relief at the +x post foot for the 0402 resistor next to it - Arm undersides lifted 0.7 mm above the PCB (replaces the one-sided resistor notch on the -x arm), arm root wedge cleaned up - Re-exported STEP/STL/print files (TopShell block regenerated) and f3d Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_011hGoLJeZxtuwqpPbdX38rp

A 41 x 1.1 x 0.8 mm enclosed void (y 55.9..57.1, z 23.3..24.0) sat inside the wall; filled it so the TopShell is a single solid shell. Re-exported STEP/STL/print files and f3d.
