Add missing Node.js modules and remove EventStoreDB - #196
Conversation
Add Node.js entries for Azure Service Bus, InfluxDB, KurrentDB, Mosquitto, Oracle Free and S3Mock, which testcontainers-node has shipped without a catalog entry. Remove EventStoreDB. Its only entry was the Node.js module, which was renamed to KurrentDB, so its docs link returned 404.

Oh I need to update this for .NET too.
Summary
Adds the Node.js entry to six modules that testcontainers-node ships but the catalog doesn't list for Node.js:
Each entry links the module's page on node.testcontainers.org and uses the image the module is tested against.
Removes EventStoreDB. Its only entry was the Node.js module, which was renamed to KurrentDB, so its docs link returned 404. KurrentDB now carries the Node.js entry.
