Adds HomeCloud, a self-hosted AWS-compatible cloud (AGPL-3.0), under the cloud category with its Go and Python modules:

Both start ghcr.io/solinode/homecloud and return ready-to-use AWS SDK clients/config. The logo is the project's own mark, scaled to 60x60. yamllint --no-warnings -d .yamllint passes.

Disclosure: I maintain HomeCloud and both modules.

The copied Go example does not compile and uses the HomeCloud client before handling its startup error. This is a localized documentation issue; the change is mergeable with a small follow-up fix.

Then off I go, content and glad.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Use both values in the Go example.

Line 11 leaves err unused, and Line 12 leaves cfg unused. When copied into a Go function, the example does not compile. Check err before using hc, then use cfg to create an AWS SDK client. Go rejects unused local variables. (go.dev)
