Product gap

The isolated server primes its session list at zero before generating nine demo sessions. Archiving bks-demo-cancelled stays on Archiving…, so archived result, filter, open, and restore checks remain unreachable. The updated recipe records that prerequisite and failure path rather than claiming seeded archive state exists.
