Closing because openapi-internal already owns public mirror publication through sdk-spec-sync.yml. The direct developer-docs publisher has been updated not to dispatch a competing team-telnyx/openapi consumer. |

Summary
Reopens the canonical-source consumer change for human review after the premature merge was reverted.
The implementation is byte/tree-equivalent to the change previously shown in #274. The default branch was restored by #275 before this review PR was created.
