Summary

• Add -H/--with-filename so the filename is always printed, even for a single-file search (needed for editor/tooling integration where output is parsed).
• Add a Vim/Neovim plugin (editor/vim/) that shells out to ckgrep and loads results into the quickfix list.
• Bump project version to 1.1.0.

Test plan

• ckgrep -H "CH4" mechanism.CKI prints the filename even though only one file is searched
• Existing multi-file behavior (filename always shown) is unaffected
• Vim plugin: run :Ckgrep <query> in a mechanism file and confirm quickfix list populates with matches
• docs/usage.md and editor/vim/README.md reflect the new flag/plugin
