Before： 发版成功后，
trigger-candle-reader.yml会用GH_TOKEN向 talebook 发送update-candle-reader事件，让 talebook 下载 dist.zip 并提交进仓库。After： 不再发送这个事件。talebook 改为在 package.json 里锁定 npm 包
@talebook/candle-reader的版本，新版本由 Dependabot 提 PR 升级（talebook/talebook#1081），原来的接收方 workflow 已在那个 PR 里删除。只删除了这一个文件，没有其他改动。删除后
