Tagged documentation must retain conditional APIs and external extensions while serving valid navigation. Select App Store Connect’s documented Experimental/default traits from its manifest, emit extension-block symbols, and omit unrendered external-type containers from generated breadcrumbs. Preserve actual members and explicit content references.
The link checker distinguishes tutorial chapter labels from navigable pages, while missing content links and ordinary ancestors still fail.
Validation: 26 pipeline tests, actionlint and whitespace checks pass. Static checks of the existing published PDF and JSON Schema DocC archives reproduce all 11 reported missing references and pass after normalization; no local Swift or DocC compilation was repeated. Hosted Pages validation is required before merge.
