Adopt the shared release workflow and validator with VERSION as the version source and standard changelog headings. Shared CI tests the minimum Swift 6.2 and current Swift 6.3 compilers, preserving Windows, API compatibility and real-binary checks. The quality job installs its search dependency before validation. Repository checks retain schema, dependency, API, formatting, documentation and native-runtime validation.
Use the canonical license filename, organization community defaults and regenerated icons. Replace the duplicate release gate with shared publication.
Validation: full Scripts/check passed repository hygiene, schema and dependency manifests, public API baselines, formatting, all eleven DocC catalogs, default build/tests and the isolated native runtime gate. Shared version validation, actionlint, added-line policy and diff checks passed. Windows and real-binary checks run in hosted CI.
