DESIGN now owns the full repository icon family, DocC color mapping, website visual rules and separate native avatar composition. Publish the framework logo and the avatar source layers with their ownership notice, plus the shared repository review rules.
Validation: all 15 family fixtures and drift checks passed; continuous-corner comparison measured IoU 0.9997667034 and maximum contour deviation 0.349098 px. Native exports and appearance review passed. Icon Composer GUI editing remains unverified; no GUI acceptance is claimed. The website pipeline reads this design source for missing DocC identity.
